Ocean Realm

Cruises offer you a great value for the money you plan to spend on vacation. You will find that this all inclusive holiday offers sleeping accommodations, great food, entertainment, activities, and many ports of call. Visit an island, hop back on the ship, eat a wonderful dinner, plan your midnight snack for after the show and then rest in your luxurious stateroom, kept clean as a whistle by the staff.

Staterooms come in about 3 different designs. There is the inside cabin that suits the traveler who wants to shower and get going to enjoy the daily and nightly entertainment. Your comfortable bed will give you a good night’s sleep. The outside cabins offer decks or windows and the ocean view will cost you more. All the other amenities remain the same.

Activities on board are practically ceaseless. There is always something to do or maybe you just want a lounge by the pool to listen to the music. The beautiful ocean provides enough entertainment of its own with the water glistening and passing ships floated out in the distance. You can partake in exercise sessions, art classes, dance classes, bingo, and many other planned activities arranged for your enjoyment. Days at sea are filled with fun!

There are tours on each island that can be purchased for a separate fee. There are cooking classes, horseback riding, golf, scuba diving and then the old-time “kind of free”… Shopping. Each island offers something different. Before disembarking, make sure you know what time to be back to the ship. Maybe you would like some extra time on Cozumel, but you will have to pay for your own transportation to catch up with the ship!

If you want to stay on board while at port, you have that choice. While he is out deep sea fishing, you can relax at the spa and shop on board for some fancy little trinket. The ship’s meals are available all day everyday, so join a group of girls for lunch!

Breakfast is served between certain hours like 7 am to 9 am. If you have an early tour, the continental breakfast is ready by 6 am. The dining area used for breakfast and lunches has no assigned seating. Often it is served in the main dining room as well as the buffet line on another deck of the ship. Buffet dining is fast and informal and in the dining room, dinner is the only meal that has designated times and seating. Breakfast and lunch enjoys open seating in the dining room.

Dinner is an extravagance even when it is not formal night. The buffet will have the same delicious entrees… Just help yourself. Your waiters will call you by name and they will remain with you throughout the cruise when you have dinner in the main dining room. However, remember to enjoy room service also!
