Your Cuban cigar size and shape
Cuban cigars actually come in multiple shapes and size. When you encounter an individual who hasn’t had that many Cuban cigars, most likely they will say all Cuban cigars are produced in the same way. However, for people who have tried them, they will be more than happy to tell you that Cuban cigars range in shape and length.
So I told my friend John that it doesn’t matter. Needless to say, he was surprised because it’s just one of those things right? Cuban cigars shape don’t matter at all. What matters though is what you like. What I truly mean here is what kind of shape is the one that you prefer. Do you like the longer ones or shorter ones? Since they range, everyone can get the size that they can truly relate to.
People who like long cigars, usually have the time to enjoy them. Long cigars can take up to sixty minutes or more. These are usually smoked on weekends and people like to enjoy them a lot (Rightfully so). Short Cuban cigars on the other hand are for people on the go and have less than forty five minutes or so to their name at that moment or what not.
Most people that I know prefer Cuban cigars that are short and sweet. Something like the ‘Cohiba Robusto’ or the corona size. The difference here is the ring gauge but again, it all depends on your personal preference. Some people even go for the super small size and are more than happy about it. It’s their style and so it works.
Personally, I prefer the Robusto size but I came up to this decision after trying out different Cuban cigars. So my suggestion is try each of them out. Hold them in your hands and see which offers the best draw for you. If it works, stick with it and than work you way into trying out different Cuban cigar models that offer the same size.
